1. Handmade Craftsmanship
All of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is created using natural, rustic timber, which means no two items are exactly alike. You may notice split grains, knots, or natural marks, which add to the authentic, rustic character of the furniture.

2. Sizing and Tolerances
Because of the nature of reclaimed and rustic beams, dimensions may vary by up to 20mm over or under the specified measurements. This small variation is normal and contributes to the unique charm of handcrafted furniture.

3. Production Time
We ask for up to 14 working days to handcraft each item. This ensures every piece receives the attention and care it deserves before it is prepared for shipping.

4. Delivery Information
• Free next-day delivery is included with all furniture orders, once the item has been completed.
• We use trusted couriers such as Parcel Force, DPD, APC, or Royal Mail, depending on the item size and delivery location.
• We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom (Inland addresses only).
• To support sustainability, we package all items using used or recycled packaging materials, helping reduce waste and the impact on landfills.
Please note:
While we aim to meet all delivery expectations, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including issues such as bad weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Due to this, we cannot be held liable for any resulting delays. However, we are happy to communicate directly with the carrier and will do our best to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.

5. Returns Policy
We offer a no-quibble return policy within 14 working days of delivery.
Please note:
• Items made with incorrect measurements provided by the customer are non-returnable.
• Returns must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

6. Finish Options
If a wood finish is not specified at checkout, the item will be completed in our default Medium Oak finish.
This cannot be changed once production has begun.
